MARTINE. G gladly accepts returns and exchanges on any unworn and unwashed or defective merchandise, within 14 days of package arrival date. A return or exchange must be requested within 7 days of package delivery. Merchandise received past 14 days of delivery date will automatically be sent back to the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy starting from the date you receive your package. A return or exchange must be requested within 7 days of package delivery. Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange is made. Please note inspection and processing of returns may take 1-2 weeks.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused and sent back to the customer. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have stains (including makeup) and/or garments that smell of perfume.
MARTINE. G reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear-and-tear. Discoloration, tears, and/or other material deteriorations that occur with use will not be regarded defective. We do not replace products that have previously been replaced.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact a Customer Service Representative at hello@martineg.co with your order number, the name and a detailed description of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason why the item(s) did not work out. A Customer Service Representative will get back to you with confirmation within 1-2 business day(s). For exchanges, please specify the new style/color/size you wish to receive. Once your return has been authorized you will receive a pre-paid return label via email.
Please note that availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed.
To complete your return or exchange, please fill out the return/exchange information on your packing slip included in your order. For exchanges, specify the exchange item and the new style /color / size where indicated on the slip, and include this in your return package. A pre-addressed USPS return label will be provided once a return has been initiated via hello@martineg.co. An $8.00 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If you prefer, you may ship the return package at your own expense, using a courier of your choice. We suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection and send us your tracking information. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
Save the shipping receipt for your records.
You will automatically receive a notification when your return has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer International shipping via USPS Priority Shipping and prices are calculated at checkout. Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Please note that the recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees associated with international orders and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Any customs duties and sales taxes paid on your purchase are non-refundable through MARTINE. G. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only.
